No high-rises allowed. \- The smaller, cozier and hence less crowded Sea Cloisters I complex offers one of the best oceanfront locations in Surfside and is only a short walk (by beach or street) to the delightful and quaint town center, offering various restaurants with outdoor seating, the new Surfside Pier, live music, shops, oceanfront lounge, and more. \- Sea Cloisters I has a spacious swimming pool area that’s beautifully landscaped and provides lounge chairs and tables. I ran the vacuum mid-week, and I cleaned out the vacuum, as it was due. I cleaned the clothes dryer vent, best I could, after finding it practically clogged, while cleaning the lint catcher. Great location. And I am not an expert on the "caliber" of the typical accommodations, but this unit is overdue for an update. Things such as outdated wallpapers, bathroom vanity sinks are in bad shape, kinda surprised the living area is carpeted. Questionable where we will stay next time. ##### Brad W. The property and location are perfect, especially the view! Nice proximity to restaurants/bars and beach shops, as well as a short drive to grocery stores, speciality shops, murrells inlet, myrtle beach, etc. The condo has everything you need and the rental staff were professional and responsive. We had a slight issue with the washer machine but it was fixed by the next morning. My only suggestion would be to consider different flooring, the condo has carpeting throughout (except in the kitchen & baths) which is difficult to keep clean and tough for people with allergies. Management was easy to work with and helpful. Pool and beach access were nice. Located near everything you could need. Comfortable and had all the little extras like veach chairs and beach toys. There was no pizza cutter, but there is now! I enjoyed reading the guest books too. ##### Adam G.
