Pool can be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee of $350 + tax per week. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees.

PET POLICY
This is a pet friendly home and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs per stay for a $200 + tax per dog fee.
- Dogs must be at least 1-year old and not weighing more than 35lbs.
- No more than two dogs will be approved per reservation and quantity must be entered at the time of booking.
