« The Clio is ok, but nothing special. I was disappointed that I did not get the type of room I had reserved, the front desk was more or less collaborative. The rooms are clean when you come in, however during your stay, the cleaning service is a different story. The staff left a dirty cloth in my room on the desk and plastic from the toilet rolls on near the sink. I purposely left them there and no one picked them up for 2 days. « I love the bed and the pillows. So comfortable and clean. But the hotel has no elevators. I had a heavy luggage and it’s a bit challenging to climb up to 3rd floor. The breakfast (kaya butter toast and soft boiled eggs) was good but not the coffee and tea (bland). The staff were excellent. »
