Charming and comfortable this is a great house for the whole family to relax in and be near the beach. It's a very short stroll to the main Village and patrolled beach. Recently renovated throughout, 10 Depper Street sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. High ceilings and skylights allow lots of natural light and air into the house and help to keep it cool in summer. Air-conditioning is provided in the main living area and the 3 main bedrooms. Kids will love the large plunge pool and spa (not heated) at the rear of the property, and while there is limited grass available there is a dog-friendly playpark close by, in addition to off-leash sections along the beach. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need while on holiday. There is a breakfast bar to seat 4 and an additional dining table to seat 6\. Opening doors off the kitchen and lounge area can be opened up to let the air flow through. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. There are a walk-in robe and ensuite with a shower. The second main bedroom has a Double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 2 x Singles and a ceiling fan. These rooms share a bathroom with a large bathtub and rain shower. Please note: This pool is solar heated, meaning it does not get warm in winter as it will only get as warm as the day temperature. Additional features | Pets are welcome on approval - fees do apply. Please note, that dogs are allowed inside, but they are strictly not allowed on the furniture or the bedrooms.
