A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet (connected to a septic tank), a sink, and gas-heated shower. Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, including the communal pool, farm, creeks (or dams), and forested areas. Other Things to Note: \- No smoking allowed on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed \- The tiny home now faces a newly built shed located nearby \- Farm tours and animal feeding is available at an $20 per person \- Please be aware of the dams, waterways, and farm animals on the property \- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving \- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge \- Firewood is available for $22 per bundle.
