    Positioned within a boutique complex on Noosa Hill, this spacious single-level apartment has been designed to make the most of its elevated setting and spectacular views. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light and flows effortlessly onto a generous balcony through wide bi-fold doors, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.



    The expansive balcony is the highlight of the home, offering sweeping views across the Noosa River, Hinterland, and North Shore beaches. Complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, it provides the perfect setting for morning coffee, long lunches, or sunset drinks while enjoying the coastal breezes and ever-changing scenery.
