After a short rainforest walk, you’ll find yourself on Hastings Street or the golden sands of Main Beach. Return to your peaceful hilltop retreat and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets in brilliant colour. With two bathrooms, breezy indoor-outdoor living, and a fully equipped kitchen, this apartment blends comfort, style and the perfect Noosa experience. The Space: This airy, single-level apartment is all about relaxed coastal living, with expansive views across the Noosa Hinterland, River, and North Shore beaches. The open-plan living and dining area is light-filled and air-conditioned, designed to invite the outdoors in via wide bi-fold doors that open onto a generous balcony. Enjoy sunset drinks, ocean breezes and alfresco meals with a BBQ and seating area surrounded by treetops. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a Nespresso pod machine for your morning brew. The spacious primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a private en-suite, while the second bedroom includes twin beds, a ceiling fan, and access to a second full bathroom. Both spaces are bright and comfortable, ideal for restful nights. Additional conveniences include a laundry area, complimentary Wi-Fi, hotel-quality linen and towels (including beach towels), a starter pack of essentials, and secure garage parking for one car. Guest Access: The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There is a dedicated parking spot in the secure garage. The pool is shared with the other apartment in the building. The Neighborhood: Tucked between Noosa Junction and Hastings Street, you’re perfectly placed to explore it all. A scenic five-minute rainforest walk leads to Main Beach and Noosa’s iconic shops and eateries, or head downhill to discover Junction’s cafes, restaurants, cinema and boutiques. With nature and nightlife at your doorstep, this location offers the best of both worlds. Getting Around: It's a short stroll to Hastings Street, Main Beach or Noosa Junction. Other Things to Note: Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules. A shared pool with two other apartments in the building. It is in perfect working order and serviced fortnightly. We have not listed it here as an amenity as it does need to be refurbished, however it is perfect for a quick dip to cool down on those humid days or to entertain the kids. Interaction with Guests: We are here to make sure you have a fantastic holiday! We live locally and we're more than happy to provide recommendations on where to go and what to.
