The Space: Step into the simplicity of seaside living at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment positioned perfectly in Kings Beach. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining room is illuminated by an abundance of natural lighting and is complemented by the beautiful backdrop of Kings Beach. This corner apartment located within the Rolling Surf Resort provides access to facilities including the large 60m pool which is partially heated and split between two sections, one section is great for laps and a wading area (heated) which is great for kids, along with a fitness room. The entire apartment is fitted with smart, ducted air-conditioning. Kitchen: Open-plan in design, this kitchen is equipped to cater to a cook's every need with its stove top, full-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Featuring an abundance of utensils and equipment, this kitchen is well-stocked and convenient. Dining: Overlooking the beautiful sights, sounds and scenes of Kings Beach, the dining table can seat up to five guests. Living/lounge: Comfy and cosy, this living room caters completely to lazy afternoons or nights spent inside with family and friends. With space to seat up to six people, the lounge is positioned in front of the smart TV that is complete with applications such as Netflix along with a Wii console. Whether you decide to play with the provided board names or host a movie night, this lounge room will cater to your every comfort. Master and ensuite: Providing adults with space and privacy, the master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, wardrobe space, and an adjacent spa bath.
