The open plan kitchen and large living area open onto the balcony with impressive views of the canal. Perfect spot to enjoy your brew of choice.
15-20 minute flat walk to Mooloolaba beach, cafes, restaurants and all the fabulous facilities Mooloolaba has to offer.

* Access to the in ground pool
* undercover parking for 1 vehicle
* Air conditioning in the main living space
* Ceiling fans in all rooms

* Laundry facilities
Quality hotel bed linen, bath/hand towels, face washers, bath mats, tea towels and bathroom essentials are provided for your convenience. All linen is professionally laundered.

You will have the entirety of the apartment to enjoy. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle. The pool is shared with other residents.

The Esplanade's vibrant strip is bustling with a multitude of cafes, restaurants and shops to suit all needs.
The fitness culture is evident with everyone from power walkers to board paddlers rising early to view the beautiful sunrise and enjoy the lovely mornings.
During off-season periods and weeknights the town is noticeably quieter and you will most likely find the locals rolling out a picnic blanket to enjoy the stunning sunset.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no "Schoolies" or similar parties. Please do not enquire.
This is a very quiet community, please be respectful of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
