Immerse yourself in resort living directly opposite one of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful (and quiet) surf beaches. Located within the Sebel resort this privately owned 5 bedroom beach house can be your luxurious and spacious home base for an unforgettable Sunshine Coast holiday. This house is ideal for a large family or group of families. With direct beach access, a private 14m lap pool and access to the resort facilities, this place has it all!  
  
This is a stylish and tastefully appointed house that will not disappoint. Architecturally designed with air conditioning throughout. There are 7 decks/patios that create an array of break-out spaces for everyone.   
Level 1: This could be used as an epic kids retreat, complete with video gaming, ping pong, board games and a large pool, the kids will be entertained for hours! 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette, laundry and bathroom.  
Level 2: The entertaining heart of the home! A large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that flows on to a huge deck. Perfect for afternoon nibbles and drinks in the sea breeze. This level also includes, a large double bedroom with private patio, making it a great space for a couple.   
Level 3: A stunningly appointed Main Bedroom and ensuite creates the ultimate luxury space for a couple. There is also a separate room that can be used as parents retreat.  
  
The house has a full kitchen, laundry, and separate living areas, and outdoor seating and dining. The indoor and outdoor living spaces flow together seamlessly, maximising your enjoyment of the fabulous Sunshine Coast climate.   
Additional House Features:  
• Beach Access: directly opposite (50m) or a short stroll to the patrolled (flagged) beach (200m)  
• Kitchen: a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and a variety of kitchen appliances. The pantry will be stocked with some basic supplies to make cooking your own meals an easy option.
