And with its stylish use of a colour palette derived directly from Mother Nature, this appealing Little Cove apartment delivers a beautiful taste of the tropics that both beguiles and bewitches. Tucked away in the reaches of lush Noosa National Park, the single-level three-bedroom property offers the best of all coastal worlds, being close to tourist hot spots, yet far enough away to carve out a slice of tranquillity. And with the delights of Little Cove bay just opposite, the pull of an ocean adventure is almost irresistible. With beautiful natural light spilling in through shuttered windows, the three bedrooms lie at the back of the floorplan, offering a sense of serenity enhanced by individual colour schemes, from an invitingly smooth chocolate to a vibrant mix of red and blue. The effect is one of sanctuary and invitation. The focus on colour play continues through into the lifestyle hub, where an understated neutral palette and uncluttered design statement allow shades inspired by nature to take centre stage. Think vibrant greens drawn from the lush surrounding canopy, the bright teal of the ocean’s depths and the rich brown of national park. The combination encourages an easy flow from the open-plan space – with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining and lounge zones – to the enticing courtyard. In the other direction, along a boardwalk, a short stroll leads into Hastings St, with its vibrant mix of restaurants and retailers. From here it’s but a few steps onto Main Beach, a dazzling panorama that’s both celebrated and desired worldwide. With its golden sands, turquoise waters, white caps and endless blue sky, it’s a vibrant landscape of colour that dazzles, soothes and takes the breath away, all in one. We wish to advise that quieter construction work is ongoing within one of the apartment in the complex, potentially until July 3, 2024\. Please note that we do not manage the unit undergoing renovation, so we cannot predict the level of disturbance between 9 am and 4 pm. The noisy demolition work is complete, but the remaining construction is taking longer than expected.
