Pelicans Perch is a spacious studio suite in the very desirable Sea Trail community in Sunset Beach. You will find everything you need for a wonderful getaway to the coast... from the comfortable beds to the relaxing screened in porch. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffeemaker. The ensuite bathroom offers a separate sink/vanity area from the toilet/shower room making it private and efficient for more than one traveler. The television is a smart tv with complimentary Netflix subscription. (Feel free to login to any of your own channels while staying).

Pelicans Perch is a short ride away from the beautiful outdoor pool complex complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with walking and biking trails and award-winning golf!

** please note. The guest pool is under renovation until August 2025 (projected completion date) and will not be available until that time. We have lowered our nightly rates and made bikes available to our guests to make up for the loss of amenity at this time.

Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and views of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream.

Loved Sea Trail

First time visiting Sunset beach with my daughter. We loved it! Great place to stay, very close to beach, shopping and restaurants! Host was very gracious and a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend Sea Trail to stay.

Nice quiet stay

We were unfortunately there during the tropical storm Debbi. However, this condo proved to be the perfect answer to our overpacked house on the island. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to stay at night when the family day time was over. It was clean, described accurately and easy drive for the island. Thank you!

Perfect location

Cozy and clean place in a great location..super close to the beach and calabash! Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by. The pool was also very enjoyable. Even close enough to do a day trip to Myrtle Beach. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay

We had a great vacation! Oh well, we were headed there. I got a text from the owner saying that she had a cancellation and would upgrade us to a larger condo with no extra cost. She did not have to do that, but it was so nice of her! The beds were very comfortable and overall the place was very nice and well kept. We liked that it was out-of-the-way and not super crowded.

Sea Trail Mini Suite

Our accommodations were described as advertised. Beds were comfortable. It was a quiet area. The suite was fine for 2 people. There is no oven to cook any meals. The suite had a microwave. TV worked fine. There is a small outside screened in sitting porch. There was a lot of pollen during our stay and we were unable to sit out on the porch. The suite is on the second floor. We will upgrade next time to a one bedroom unit to have a chair and couch. The price was reasonable for the week we stayed. Owners communication was very good. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Property

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property recently and he's already talking about our next stay. It's the ideal property for a couple; the perfect size for a few days. It's off the beaten path but yet close to the beach and not a far drive from restaurants/shopping. The property was clean and comfortable and the hosts were friendly and quick to respond.

Perfect weekend hideaway spot

Carly’s property appears EXACTLY as it does in person! There were several nice touches my bestie and I appreciated as tired mamas in need of R&R. The communication was always instant, she had several great local recommendations, fresh ice on arrival, COMFY beds and the best pillows ever, and nice hand soap. Most importantly, it was spotless clean when we checked in! It’s just a short 5 min drive to the beach or anything else you need. We will definitely be staying here whenever we can! Thank you Carly for an awesome weekend!!
