We would have loved to stay longer but with Covid and all that had happened, a couple of days is all we could do. The area was great. We usually stay in Ocean Isle but we loved sunset beach. The place we stayed was a great area. The golf course was nice. The rules and regulations were a little strict but luckily we had no issues. We stayed Sunday to Tuesday and the restaurant we heard so many great things about was closed which was very disappointing since we were really looking forward to eating the food. The communication and check in process was easy and smooth. We did have a little trouble finding the place initially but finally figured it out. We loved the size of the place we stayed and all the space and room we had. You can tell it’s a much older unit and could use some updates which does make it look somewhat dirty in areas. The shower curtains should be changed regularly. Someone had mentioned mold on the shower curtain when I read reviews and when I mentioned it in one of my communications, It was ignored and when we were there, they had obviously not been changed. However, the condo is aged. We had to replace a moldy shower curtain, the kitchen was under-equipped (eg, no oven mitts) and the carpet was dated and worn. We loved the condo and the location is very peaceful but close to the ocean. Sunset Beach is one of our favorite beaches and we really enjoyed staying at your condo.
