Two acre Sun Valley home located in a serene mountain location, but just min from Ketchum, Hailey and Sun Valley airport, restaurants and retail therapy. Every outdoor experience within reach. Perched on the hillside offering expansive views of the surrounding mountains from most rooms and generous deck off the main living area.Enjoy the community pond, path that meanders through neighborhood or all the mountain trails. Peaceful retreat in the wilderness of Sun Valley. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The two master suites include the following; Master #1 steam shower, tub shower Master #2 jacuzzi Guest - shower Office with 1/2 bathroom. Great room with flat screen TV with fireplace. Open concept kitchen and dining area. 3 decks all have amazing mountains views and wild life. Access to private lake. Good communication. Would have been nice to have an outdoor table, gas grill and comfortable seating on the deck to enjoy the view. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/serveware. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, conditioner. I would stay here again. Couple of things that did bother me. Had to reach out twice regarding thermostat control which was programmed/locked in Nest. Owner responded and corrected this. (If you advertise AC, you should not have to request access). The toilets are very low which may be an issue for some. A few items in need of repair including loose bricks on the walkway. Not enough toilet paper and no dish soap. Owner was kind enough to say that she would have had them delivered but was easier to go to the store. ##### Christine A. The south facing view is amazing, particularly from the master bedroom - its hard to leave it even to go downstairs! Although you can see other houses, they are so widely spaced, it still feels very isolated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious. A few notes for future visitors: 1) The stairs are quite steep - be sure your knees are prepared. 2) For those not familiar with the area, the scenery here is beautiful green rolling hills, but the high mountains are still quite a ways north. 3) The south facing view means it gets a bit toasty on summer afternoons.
