We have like public transportation near by info about that given at the front desk. We don't like the carpet in the room.

When we first checked in, Rose was very rude and unfriendly, with the guests in front of us, as well as with us. Parking is terrible. The parking deck is too small, so you have to park at a different hotel up the hill and walk down. After check in, we found our refrigerator didn't work and they said we would have to change rooms because the fridge couldn't be replaced. In the second room, the tile floor was so sticky, our shoes stuck and made noise. Rose came up and was actually nice about cleaning the floor, but she used a dry mop and the floor was still tacky, though not as bad as it was initially. We were honestly almost afraid to complain about the fridge (and then the floors!) because of how terrible Rose acted to start with. She is also the manager, so it isn't like we could request someone else. She was nice enough about the subsequent room having issues and did attempt to clean the floor.

Good enough for a night stay. Area around hotel is a bit sketchy. The staff was wonderful.

We had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the location is walking distance to the waterfront and all the sites. The lobby has great views. Our flight was leaving later in the day and we were given late check-out until 2pm which is very generous compared to any other hotel properties we’ve stayed.

Close to airport, basic overnight stay. Parking was a bit challenging, lot was full, had to park way in the back in an area that didn't feel all that safe. Outside of parking, the place was nice, and a good value for the area.
