The property was very clean from the room to the public areas. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful in every way. The kitchenette was well stocked and everything was clean. Thank you for a great stay!

This was such a beautiful property and the stay was super comfortable. Everything in the property is so thoughtfully well designed and you can tell the owners poured their passion into it. They really care about their guests. They go above and beyond in all ways possible!

Hotel Seward was a disappointment in multiple ways. We booked a room with two queen beds - the room felt incredibly small, with super small bathrooms. There was no room service and cleaning everyday. The reception staff were rude and unfriendly. I called the reception to ask for two glasses and she asked me to go and ask the restaurant, in a very rude attitude. They never emptied the trash, cleaned the bathroom and absolutely refused to make the beds. After telling them multiple times we got a ‘cleaning’ for one of the three days we stayed there - during which they again did not empty trash. We paid an exorbitant price per room and they didn’t do one thing to make our stay comfortable apart from just giving us the keys. Would ask travelers to stay away from this hotel. I need a refund and probably another vacation to get over the abominable stay this was.
