We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The igniter on the grill did not work. When we finally got it started, it was so gummed up that flames shot up a foot until all the gunk burned off. We had the same issue with the oven. Something spilled in the bottom burned, flames again, and smoked up the room. The water heater was not working consistently. We had lukewarm showers on good days. Management finally came out after three days. It did not seem they took us seriously. They discovered we were not just being histrionic and the water heater was in fact in need of repair, but could not get it done during our stay. ##### Kelly D.
