The floor in front of the kitchen sink bounces about 1/4" when you walk on it as can be witnessed by all of the cracked tiles. The top of the refrigerator, which can be seen by anyone over 5' tall is filthy and needs cleaning. If you plan to do any of your own cooking, plan to bring your own cookware as the supply here if very limited as are some of your basic needs, like cooking oil, etc. There is a grill provided but it's about 100 yards away but it was in pretty good shape. Property has a pool but it's really small, is provided for all 14 "homes" and is not heated. Duck if you are going to walk in the back yard at there are communication lines strung at head height. Beach access was limited and disappointing and consisted of a dock and boat launch. The kitchen provided only the essentials. Previous posts have mentioned roaches but we saw none.
