This house includes all the elements you need for an amazing vacation. Outside the house there are kayaks for adventures, a swimming pool, Hot tub, private beach area with loungers and Beach chairs for relaxation, a floating dock for fishing and docking a boat up to 24’, tropical foliage including coconut palms and bananas, a screened in porch for dining al fresco and so much more.
Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay
Quiet neighborhood – Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am
You will be provided with check in instructions prior to your arrival.
This house includes all the elements you need for an amazing vacation. Outside the house there are kayaks for adventures, a swimming pool, Hot tub, private beach area with loungers and Beach chairs for relaxation, a floating dock for fishing and docking a boat up to 24’, tropical foliage including coconut palms and bananas, a screened in porch for dining al fresco and so much more. Inside the house there are 4 king bedrooms and a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, 3 baths, open floor plan with plenty of living space, smart TV’s and updated appliances. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for a home cooked meal with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster and Coffee Maker (auto drip and Keurig). This home has everything you need to provide you with an ultimate vacation experience. Welcome to your home away from home.
Fandango is centrally located in the Lower Florida Keys at MM21.5\. It is 20 minutes from Key West, 10 minutes from Big Pine Key and 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park. There is a 5 star restaurant within a mile and tiki bars and other restaurants within 10 miles. There is a bus stop within walking distance that goes into Key West. You do need a vehicle for grocery shopping and getting around.
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.
Uber, Lyft and Taxis area available as well as Public Bus transportation. It is recommended that you have a car
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person.
Our Cancellation policy is:
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. The house was a great size and the dock was easy to access. The only things to note would be that the house shares a fence with a junkyard so it’s not a pretty drive up to the house & the pictures don’t reflect this so just be aware. Otherwise this was a standard property with all the amenities you would need for a long week.

This was a great property. There were ages ranging from 9 years to 90 Years.The location was great and easy access to site seeing locations.Would highly recommend the property. There was a glitch with the cable TV but the property managers handled the appointments, so it didn't interfere with our adventures.

My family and I had a great time staying at Fandago. It was located close enough to Key West to visit, yet far enough away to enjoy some privacy and peace and quiet. We were there for my daughter's wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Great property to enjoy time with entire family. We had 12 people and this place checked all boxes enough space for everyone to enjoy. The view is amazing many amenities available kayaking pool and spa, fishing and room for a boat. Definitely recommended also very short ride to key west a plus! Thanks again

My family stayed for a week and it was lovely. My husband and son loved the ability to fish off the little dock and the entire family took advantage of the kayaks. We spent every evening on the deck watching the stars. The little Cuban restaurant up the street was a huge hit!

#### Great property for a boat and family
Fandango was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was nice for our 12 year old and the grandparents. The dock was great for our boat and to sit and enjoy the water. The kitchen has just the right amount of tools, the beds are comfortable, and there are enough seats in any area for everyone to enjoy each other's company. Close by we visited and enjoyed Morita's Cuban, the jumping bridge, and Murray's Market has all kinds of great things to grab to whip up a dinner at the house.

Very clean and comfortable. Fandango was all it promised to be. The hot tub and pool, the sunrise views from the deck and the convenience of the dock were all we could have hoped for and more. Property management checked in on us and we’re very friendly and attentive. We will be repeat clients.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home... the property and home are wonderful.. our whole family enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi.. we docked our boats there as well and bought our paddle boards. The cove is a little tricky with the tides going up and down for the boats but we worked around that, it was amazing for paddle boarding and kayaking. this home rental by far was the best we ever stayed at. The little extras that they offered were a delight to see as most places do not offer beach towels, games, plenty of bathroom towels and other little things that just made the whole experience a delight to be there. we are already planning our trip for next year - we loved the home and the location.. just a hope skip and a jump to drive to key west and enjoy the day.

#### Everything we wanted, and More!
All 8 of us were completely satisfied - no complaints from anyone. We cannot stress enough how spotless this house was - inside and out. Kudos for a wonderful cleaning crew. The online description was accurate, loved the video showing the house and outside surroundings. The decor was lovely, no complaints on the beds. All outdoor furniture was clean and free from any breaks and rust. Hot tub and pool were in working condition and clean. All instructions for use were labeled and visible. The owner prepared a binder with maps, local restaurants and menus. If we get a chance to return to the Keys, I will definitely look into renting again! Thank you for making our vacation a great one.

#### We had a wonderful time.
From the view, to the spacious, beautiful home, everything was top notch. The house was super clean and everything was in great condition. Having a private pool was wonderful and we were literally 50 steps- human, not stairs, from the water. It made a great home base for our daily excursions. Only slight issue was low water pressure, but that was far outweighed by everything else. Thanks for a great week. We highly recommend!

Looked great online!!! However, upon arrival the house was extremely dirty and very worn. Pool was dirty, hot tub was nasty, overall needed a deep clean and some freshening up. Would not recommend a stay at this house until some wholesale changes are made.

#### Perfect getaway
We were a group of 9 retirees/family--this was the perfect spot. Most drove from Ft Lauderdale/Punta Gorda Airports--some from Key West--very accessible to KW, Marathon--but the restaurants in Cudjoe were wonderful (esp Square Grouper!). The house was excellent--plenty of room. We had plenty of space--dining, lounging, playing games--very comfortable and pleasant. The pool, hammocks, and kayaks were well-used. There is lovely walking/biking trail right across the street we wish we'd known about sooner. Check-in/Check-out were super easy, never needed a thing from our host. A very quiet retreat (hope the neighbors said the same about us!) The only drawback was that we couldn't stay forever--but we'll be back!

#### Awesome family vacation
Our vacation at Fandango was amazing. Easy to find, clean and well appointed. The house was perfect for the 12 of us (7 adults and 5 kids, ages 4-12). Plenty of room, 5 bedrooms, and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The location was ideal, we had a 22 foot pontoon boat that stayed docked at the dock and our private little beach was great for the little ones and a perfect place to enjoy the view! We took the kayaks out and the kids loved it! The pool is an added bonus, great for cooling off after a day on the boat. I highly recommend snorkeling at Looe Reef, spectacular! Fandango exceeded our expectations and our family had a vacation we won’t forget! Thanks for allowing us an opportunity to share your home ❤️

#### Best Vacation Ever
On arrival entry into our home was very simple and easy. The home was above our expectations! Wonderfully spacious rooms for the whole family! Our group consisted of Parents/Grandparents (My husband and myself, our three children, our Son by marriage, and our precious Grandchildren ages 3, 7, and 10\. We all loved the view, the beach, and the pool. My Daughter and Son (by marriage) chose the room upstairs to left then left. She said she watched the stars and actually saw a comet ☄️ until she fell asleep! We played games in the great room and had space for everyone to participate. I cooked for most our meals because we are retired and funds were limited but the kitchen was stocked with what I needed. We did by plastic cups for our small children. We saw iguanas, lizards, 🦌 deer, jelly fish, hermit crabs, and fish, and that excited everyone!!! I really hope we can do this again!!!! #### Great House, close to Key West
The house was exactly as advertised. Property was clean and had a great view of the water. We all enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaking. It was about a 30 minute drive into Key West - perfect mix of accessibility while also being able to get away. The only downside was that there is some storage property adjacent to the house, so the drive in isn’t as scenic as some of the other houses we’ve rented. However, once you get to the house it was very easy to forget that it wasn’t just you out there. Absolutely would recommend.
