If quiet and beauty is what you are looking for it's here. Its about 15-20 minutes either way. There is a road next to it but we didn't see a lot of traffic. We unfortunately got rained out and had to leave early so didn't get to emjoy it more. Heidi waa very helpful and understanding about this and even though she was at a family function she took the time to answer my questions. Very sweet and friendly lady. The door code didn’t work and we messaged back and forth and never did get a working door code. We tried a side door and it was left unlocked is how we got in but we waited for maintenance for over 2 hours. We left the property unlocked all weekend because we never got a working code maintenance guy said Augusta was safe not to worry about it. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville.
