Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture. **Location** Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
