"I had a truly wonderful stay at Sila Living. Having my own private villa with a pool and garden was such a luxury—it felt like my own little sanctuary. I especially loved being able to sunbathe freely in total privacy, surrounded by beautiful views and nature. The space was peaceful, stylish, and very well maintained. The staff were kind, attentive, and communication was super smooth and efficient. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a...

"Séjour très agréable.
La villa est vraiment spacieuse, avec piscine privée sans vis à vis.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une offre large, international à indonésienne. Les repas sont bons mais peu copieux (homme avec un bon appétit). "

"The staff are friendly and generous with their time. Relaxing Villa, interesting wildlife around, forest sounds, local activities close by.
Pool is refreshing - maybe bring floaties for younger kids as the pool doesn’t have a shallow end (although we forgot to bring any and our kids have become much stronger swimmers in the few days we have been here!)
Big fans of Gede and the team. He escorted us to the local waterfall and has great suggestions for activities in the area.

"It's a very quiet, lovely, private place. It is far away from everything (although there are 2 beautiful waterfalls withing walking distance) but you can use Grab/Gojek easily (25mins to Ubud). So, this place is more for a romantic couple holiday, it's perfectly private and quiet, loved it! Breakfast is nice too, kind hosts."

"Room are looking outdated and need deep cleaning to upkeep the property and it looks overdue for a paint as well. Unfortunately, there was a weeding over the weekend we visited so few amenities were close like the main pool, and a restaurant as well. However, breakfast buffet, and open restaurants to the public were great. Also, one of the nights the music of the weeding was too loud in our room, and when I addressed this concern with hotel staff, they changed my room to a quieter area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not a good deal for the price and current status of the property."
"Clean room, spacious, balcony was great. Water stations to refill water bottles was great. Breakfast was good, selection not as big as some of the other hotels but great value for the price."
"Went as family group and had a great time. Walkable to new shopping centte in kuta and lots of great food and massages very close by. Things for the kids and breakfast was great"
"We absolutely loved this property, with wonderful, spacious villas nestled amongst rice fields. The property was incredibly peaceful right outside the main part of Ubud. The service was excellent, and the hot air balloon ride was an unexpected treat."
"This is by far my favorite place to stay in Bali. The service, food and atmosphere are top notch. Do yourself a favor and try this place out! You won't be disappointed."
"This was the 5th time I’ve been to this hotel and will be the last. Sadly it’s just going downhill so much and is in need of major renovations. The hotel was only 50% full and sadly at night nobody uses the restaurant or bar.
The perks they gave you are no longer unless you book directly through them which I feel will be a game changer. They only issue you one key card which is madness and I found reception staff very rude and abrupt.
No signal on the room TV and constant plumbing problems from poor water flow, temperature and sink issues.
The good bits are the breakfast and hardly anyone uses the sun beds so you can sunbath in peace. The gym is very limited with free weights only going up to 20kg.
Apart from the reception staff, the rest of the workforce are brilliant. If you put the cleaners and security staff on reception then the aura would improve immediately. The hotel is like the Titanic, sinking and deteriorating but kept alive by the lovely workers. The hotel needs a new manager who is customer focused and can bring this once great hotel back to its glory but until then there are far better hotels in the area that I will now use."
