You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Silver Villa Raches, Sky, next to the Sea.

The space is the upper autonomous apartment of a two-storey private house which consists of two apartments.  
It is located in a fenced area of ​​four acres with lawn.  
The fence is security with railings over two meters high.  
Inside the fence and around the perimeter there are fruit trees and flowers. Roses of all colors beautify the look of the garden.  
The building is of modern construction and has excellent insulation and security standards, with security doors and next to windows.  
The offered apartment is fully equipped.  
In addition to the main apartment there is a shared kitchen with all appliances and a washing machine.  
Independent barbecue area with professional grill under the shade of two large mulberry trees is offered for moments of enjoyment and party.  
The quiet of the place is special and the aura of the air is continuous hence the name of the area coolness. An amazing place for relaxation and carefree.
