Come, relax and enjoy. Experience a peaceful vacation in your own private cottage. Enjoy all the comforts of a luxury resort with fireplaces, full kitchens, and living rooms with the stunning surroundings of cliffs, water, and wooded lots. Choose from our four Snug Harbor cottages or our offsite Little Harbor Cottages, all cottages are nonsmoking. Dogs are allowed! They must be at least one year of age and fully potty trained. We also ask that they not be left alone in the unit. Please inquire about our full pet policy and pet-sitting suggestions. The cost for your pet is $15 per night plus tax. Two Bedroom Cottages with fireplace. The 2 bedrooms have a full-size bed in each room. The living room has a full-sized sleeper sofa, fireplace, Internet and TV. The cottage is in a great spot with unobstructed views of the canal and an easy walk to the downtown area where we enjoyed drinks and food at some local spots. The fireplace kept us toasty during a snow storm. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make dinner and avoid going out in the storm. Door County in the off-season has fewer people and Snug Harbor is a great place to stay. It is always clean, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area, and quite peaceful. The gas fireplace and view out the front window are particular highlights of the cottage we stayed in. This is our fourth time staying at Snug Harbor and we have never been disappointed. The whole place was very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the waterfront. Being close to a main bridge, I wasn't sure if there would be much noise, but the whole neighborhood was very quiet and inviting.
