Experience the best of Cape Town in this stylish 2-bedroom apartment on

Table Mountain, Clifton, and Camps Bay. Explore the South African  
Museum and enjoy the city's top foodie streets, with renowned

The Space:  
Located on the 23th floor, this sophisticated 2 bedroom apartment  
features contemporary high-end finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, a  
cosy lounge with a comfy couch and smart TV and stylish furnishings  
throughout. The apartment includes two balconies—one off the lounge and  
another off the bedroom with Mountain, City, and partial ocean views.  
The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a standalone bathroom  
just outside the room, while the second bedroom also has a queen-size  
bed and boasts an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Both  
bedrooms boast ample closet space. The Building has access to a  
communal pool deck and outdoor gym located on the 27th floor, with  
panoramic views of the city, ocean, and Table Mountain. Importantly,  
the building is unaffected by load-shedding
