Stump Pond Tours and Activities

The lobby and rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was nice woodsy and very peaceful. The breakfast was good. The gentleman at front desk was condescending when speaking to us, when going down to discuss leaving early do to an emergency situation he ignored us. The lady was very helpful. When asking house keeping for more towels one lady got upset that we did not want our rooms clean and she threw a box down aggressively. Was not friendly

Staff was friendly and helpful

Microwave could not be plugged in. Refrigerator not working. Solved by me. Moved cabinet so plug reached. Pushed in on electric multiplug and refrigerator now working. Alert staff could have noticed problem before we arrived.
