Aber: Anbieter hat nach Buchung extra Reinigungskosten verlangt Zum Objekt: Das Haus ist sehr schön, toll und recht modern eingerichtet. Gemütlich. Küche ist sehr umfassend ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist herrlich und die Lage im lichten Wald phantastisch. Leider war aber der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter (Nova sol) umso unerfreulicher. Wir hatten über FeWo-direkt gebucht. Dort stand ein Gesamtpreis für das Haus. Kaum hatten wir gebucht, stand auf der Buchungsbestätigung, dass auch noch die Reinigungskosten zu zahlen sind. Und zwar NICHT optional, sondern zwingend (ganz egal, ob wir selbst reinigen oder nicht). Ich habe mich bei Novasol beschwert, aber per Mail hieß es immer wieder, die Kosten sind verpflichtend. per Telefon hieß es mal, das wäre nur, wenn wir nicht reinigen. Kurz vor Abfahrt meinte der Hausmeister dann, wir müssen Kosten bezahlen. Um weiteren Ärger zu vermeiden haben wir letztendlich bezahlt und nicht gereinigt. Ich habe Novasol schriftlich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie das dann bei fewo-direkt ändern müssen. Bis zur Abfahrt hatten sie das aber nicht gemacht. Also Achtung! - Zweites Problem: Bereits am 1\. Tag war der Klotank voll, man konnte nicht mehr spülen. Da im Haus nirgendwo die Nummer des Hausmeisters stand, mussten wir erst bei Novasol anrufen. Die haben uns später zurückgerufen und wir mussten dann den Hausmeister anrufen. Sowas kostet Zeit und Telefongebühren. - Der Abpumpservice kam dann sehr schnell (am Sonntag Nachmittag!) und WC ging wieder. - Fazit: Ein tolles Haus, aber am besten Reinigungskosten einkalkulieren oder vorab bei Nova sol fragen (vielleicht auch im Moment wegen Corona) ##### Gabriele O.
