"Toilet wouldn't totally flush. Refrigerator didn't cool. Sink plug was broken. Soap stains present on the shower door. Staff was helpful, swapped refrigerator with one from another room, partially cleared the toilet, was available after the office closed for the evening."

"Room was okay, there were some dead bugs on the windowsill. It was cold the day we arrived and it took a long time for the room to heat up. One of the beds springs were shot and made a horrible noise whenever you sat or laid on it. It.was not comfortable."
