The only drawback was the TV in our room was quite small and also the screen when it was turned on didn't fill up to the rim of the TV, so it was difficult to watch. It may help as well to move the sofa closer to the TV(i.e. to the other side of the room). There was however a much larger TV in the common area just outside the room, and it was decorated really nicely. There was also a kitchen, well equipped and well stocked. All in all it was worth the money spent. Spent two nights here and it was very comfortable and very clean. The host and his wife were excellent hosts and provided a very tasty breakfast each morning. The rooms are in the basement but you really don't even notice. The location is not great but you are only a few mins drive from Charlottetown. I can not say enough good things about this B&B. The owners Kamal & Thushani are incredibly welcoming and kind and work hard to make sure your stay is very pleasant. The facilities are very well maintained and appear recently renovated. The rooms are cozy and warm, comfortably furnished with great beds. There is a common dining room, livingroom and kitchenette also for your use. The B&B is conveniently located in Stratford, just a few minutes drive to downtown Charlottetown. This was my second stay and I look forward to my next!
