Room was clean and comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for all the amenities as it’s very central. Only negatives were lack of any kind of English TV channel and it would have been nice to have had some English Breakfast Tea teabags and some milk, not everyone drinks herbal tea and black coffee!!!

Cannot say enough about our stay here. We stayed just after Christmas for a couple nights and I know it’s crazy but the hotel staff made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. So much care was taken to make us feel special and welcome, from check-in to meals in the hotel to daily greetings with staff throughout the hotel.
It is also whimsically decorated at Christmas with lots of attention to detail.
The rooms were small but comfortable and super well appointed. We wanted for nothing! Love this hotel and will certainly stay again!
