9.2/10 Wonderful! (520 reviews)
Heating didn’t work even though it was 6-7 degrees in the evening. The staff said that temperature was not low enough to run the central heating system.
I asked him to offer an extra blanket, and he said that he would come in about 10 minutes.
I waited for 2 hours (until 2 am), but he didn’t come.
The hotel was great overall, but they need to train their staffs for appropriate service.

8.6/10 Excellent! (145 reviews)
The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I didn't like that the property is divided by a road running between the two sections. Because I was on the side without the amenities, I had to cross over to get to breakfast or the fitness room. Another issue I had was with the housekeeping—one day they didn't clean my room at all. That has literally never happened to me at any hotel in my entire life
