"Convenient when your flight out is before 5 am. The lady when checking in was VERY nice."

"It was a pretty decent hotel. Yes, I would probably stay there again if I ever went to Reno again. The room was clean and functional. The food available at the food court was OK. One complaint, on the second day, (we stayed 3 nights) our TV quit working. I initially thought it was dead batteries in the remote, but a young lady brought up 2 new remotes to try, and neither worked. So she said she would send up someone to fix or replace the TV. Well, nobody came up, nobody called, it was completely ignored from that point. Well, as it turns out, I fixed it myself, but they never knew that and completely ignored the situation. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"I was first put in a room behind a noisy elevator an d then when I asked for another, I was placed in an adjoining room with children and awakened at 4 AM with loud talking and laughing all night. I was told this is a “family” resort and I am part of a family and i found the “resort” so much less than a resort and more of a family managerie. I was treated like a second class citizen. I will never stay there again!!!"

"Our room was very clean. The staff at the Peppermill are very courteous. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cafe. Highly recommend. "

"We booked the hotel mainly for the indoor pool because. We have small children and they love to swim. The weather was still too cold for them to swim outside. We love how big their indoor pool was and especially loved the fact that there were individual little swimming pools that allowed us to have our 3 month old swim without getting splashed all over from other swimmers in the pool."
