Wanted to find somewhere close to Hayward that wasn't a hotel or a giant house for just 2 people. This cabin was clean and just what we needed for a short stay up north. It isn't too far from Hayward, has lake access right next to the property, firewood on site, and the staff greeted us promptly when we arrived. We recommend staying here!
Cabin was clean and had the basics. No frills. Thought it would be in and around trees, but it was right out in the open trailer park area. TV was an issue. Was told no Internet, but didn't find that we had Paramount Plus until last morning. We brought our Fire Stick so git done options. Very small shower and beds were not very comfortable. Overall it was more stly what we needed. Thanks

Disappointed
We felt mislead by the description of the cabin, its location, and the pictures provided. It was an older cabin in disrepair. Although clean, the furniture was dated and worn. The shower very small and towels, while clean, were old and worn. The TV did not work although the manager did arrange for a serviceman to fix it...after she was through fishing in the afternoon. The lake was across a very busy highway. The area leading to what was thought to be a disrepair dock was overgrown with weeds, steep embankment and actually the dock there should have been condemned. The cabin was situated in an area of what appeared to be "seasonal" trailers/campers. It was quiet, perhaps due to the fact we were there Tues Pm-Fri AM and fortunately, cool enough and no need for the broken AC provided.
The picture and description provided in the rental information was misleading and NOT what we found. There was a "cute" stone cottage/cabin on the grounds that was in the pictures provided with the rental jnformation. When I inquired about it, I was told it was in need of repairs. Terribly disappointed is the only way to describe our rental of this cabin.
Small but adequate. Had all we needed. managers were very friendly

Had a great time
Renter two cabins for my 3 brothers and myself. The cabins were clean and had everything we wanted for a fishing getaway. The caretaker of the property was there to assist us with anything that we needed. Will definitely come back again.

Good for the price
Their cabin was serviceable for me and my two kids. E we only had one roll of tp, and the supplied towels were pretty bad shape. Beds were very basic and uncomfortable, but not too far from expectations given the price. Some updating and improved quality could really help. I’d consider returning but hope for some improvements.

We had a great time here! Our little cabin was perfect for myself and my teenage daughter. Shower, bathroom, fridge, and ac! It was comfy and cozy! We had a fire that night, and the game room was great! We spent hours in there!! If you come bring quarters for the dart machine! We had to run to get some, but not a big deal! We were greeted right away by the manager. They were extremely nice! Very helpful and gave a great recommendation for a fish fry!! Honestly, we don’t like to travel to the same place twice but we are already talking about going back for a longer stay next year! We are definitely going back!! It was clean ( our coffee pot needed a little attention but no big deal) and cozy! We loved our stay! I will say if you are looking for a beach it’s not a beach like area to get into the water. However if it had been warm my teen could have easily gotten in off the dock to swim. Gas station was just a hop skip and a jump away to restock ice. It was quiet and we loved it! We will be back! Managers were so nice and checked in to make sure we were comfortable.

Fishing Trip
Rented a cabin for a fishing trip with my grandsons. The cabin was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Tho we didn't stay on site a lot we had a great time. The boys played pool during some free time from fishing and the management was very helpful when we asked for anything. I requested a grill and when we returned from fishing there was charcoal and lighter fluid at step.We will definitely come back for another fishing trip.
Beautiful location. Very quiet, except for road traffic at times. Like that there are specific quiet hours and no parties! Owners are very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and well kept.. Would definitely stay here again!
This cabin worked out great for us. We were looking for a place to stay within a 30 minute drive of Hayward. The cabin had two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and living room. We really enjoyed the view of the lake from the cabin and outside area. We even saw an eagle! We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the campground was in the evenings and mornings. The noise from the highway and amount of traffic going by could be a concern for some, but it did not affect our ability to sleep or visit. The beds were a little on the soft side, but we have definitely had worse and this can be expected in a cabin.
