We stayed in a unit with a bathroom, which was a plus (the other units had communal bathroom), but we had 2 very scratchy towels and hand towels. No washcloths or bath mat. It was very clean and the shower was great, but I dreaded using those thin scratchy towels! In addition, the toilet did not flush completely-you had to hold it down for a while a couple of times. There is no insulation against noise-you can hear everyone outside your room-and there are no windows or air circulation. Helt fantasisk service trots att hotellet är obemannat (Personalen är tillgängliga, hjälpsamma, flexibla och mycket trevliga). Väldigt rent och snyggt med god kvalitet på inredning och material. Sköna sängar och kuddar. Fräscha toaletter och bra dusch(munstycke😊). Smidigt passersystem via mobilapp och ordentligt ljudisolerade dörrar ut mot korridoren/allmänna utrymmen, bra wifi-uppkoppling och bra läge i stan. Enda minus var att det saknades te-/kaffemuggar under några dagar, men vet att detta hade åtgärdats omgående om jag bett om det.
