The Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an exclusive swimming pool, and a panoramic garden, in a natural and scenic context of extraordinary beauty. In the immediate vicinity there are all services, shops, sports activities, medical guard, Villa Solara is a large and bright independent villa in Stintino, with a large garden and private swimming pool with spectacular sea views. The villa is decorated in traditional Sardinian style and the combination with the surrounding nature, between the green of the trees and the turquoise of the sea, makes it unique. The villa is characterised by ample space, both indoors and outdoors, a veranda, a large swimming pool with sea view, garden and air conditioning, 2 private parking spaces and can accommodate up to 8 people Situated in the prestigious context of the Country Paradise of Stintino, Villa Solara is a wonderful villa of 130 square metres, with a covered veranda overlooking the sea, a garden furnished with outdoor furniture, and a private swimming pool (5×6 metres) close to all services. The villa has a large, newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the lower floor and two on the upper floor of the villa, the latter featuring an additional private veranda with sea view. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the large living room characterised by large windows there is access to the covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea and continuing towards the swimming pool. The living room surrounded by the lush garden is perfect for outdoor dining with an extraordinary view. 200m away in the Country Paradise Residence you will also find a medical service, a swimming pool with entertainment, baby parking, a golf course and a helicopter service. The villa is on two floors with 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 2 children in cots. It is possible to add a bed in the room for a child, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) The accommodation is perfect for young people, large families with children and the elderly. In the vicinity of the villa there is a shuttle bus service that runs continuously to the Pelosa beach, to the Saline beach and to the town of Stintino. The public bus service is available from 7 a.m. to midnight from June to October. The pool is open from May to September, unless special weather conditions are favourable, which may allow the opening to be brought forward and the closing to be delayed.
