Boho 405 - DI Home Rentals

Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper and a stacked washer/dryer is available. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

If local assistance is needed, hosts can be available via text or call.

We are currently working on the aesthetics of the location. We purchased multiple properties at once and are rebuilding them one at a time. We currently have the property on the east side of this house in the building process. We apologize for the mess.

The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided if noise is an issue.

We’ve stayed in several locations but these guys top the list! Excellent communication and they’ve put a lot of thought, cleanliness and effort into their product. I’m a home builder and see the attention they bring- they care about the quality of experience you’ll find at their property. When I go to Stillwater that’s where I’ll be staying.

Note that we actually ended up staying at the Vintage 405, which is a 2 bedroom home next door. The Vintage is absolutely beautiful. It is either a new build or has been completely redone inside and out very recently. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs, including a late change in our plans.

There was not a speck of dirt in the place, and the location was great for visiting OSU. The pullout bed was actually comfortable! The bedding was bright white and luxuriously soft. Also, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This cute little 1 bedroom home was perfect for my husband & I! Clean accommodation & great little amenities. They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Its in a quiet neighborhood so we were able to sleep well. My only regret was that we didnt have time to enjoy the back patio. Just not enough time in the day. Would definately stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Little details like a diffuser running when we walked in, linen spray, bathroom essentials etc made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was great. Kitchen well stocked. Hope to stay here again.

Very clean and newly remodeled home

The description of the place was right on. Very clean, fresh and welcoming home. The beds were very comfortable, even the hide away bed. All the bedding and blankets and pillows had fresh clean scent. The host had great communication and was very accommodating with an easy and fast check in. The price was great!! The location was the only downfall with all the noice. But the owners were very up front with that in their description and we went there knowing that. It was nice to be able to walk downtown.

Weekend Trip to visit son

We usually stay in a hotel but decided to try a VRBO this time - so glad we did! This is the perfect place. It’s cozy and clean and has everything you need. It’s a good location - just a quick drive to anywhere you’d want to go while in Stillwater. Communication was quick and easy and check-in/check-out process was simple. The attention to detail is just perfection. We’ll stay here anytime we are back!

Visit to Daughter at OSU

The Dearingers were great hosts in this cozy house close to the OSU campus. This place was just right for me and my wife to visit our daughter living on campus. The two of us had everything we needed and had plenty of room to hang out with our daughter before she returned to her dormitory. The location is great for getting around Stillwater and being close to campus. Despite having only one bedroom and one bath, the house felt full with its nice renovation and great appointment of furniture and those little things often overlooked. We’ve stayed at several places around town, but this is definitely one we will look to return to. Until then, thanks again!

Cutest little house in the neighborhood

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this house, and it was just as perfect as the first time! I have also stayed in the larger house next door that is owned by the same folks. The exterior is just darling, and the porch lights were lovely, and they were left on for my arrival. Upon entering, the house smelled so clean and inviting. All of the furnishings and decor were simple but comfy - very boho chic - the kitchen is large and has new appliances, the bedroom carpeting is gorgeous and so soft! The bed was very comfortable and looked so beautiful with the way it was "dressed" - soft, layered blankets and throw pillows - perfect place to relax & unwind. The bathroom is also beautifully done and very clean! There is a stackable washer as well which is such a nice convenience while traveling. I cannot say enough good things about this house - inviting, smells so nice, great location, and relaxing! Definitely my go-to when visiting Stillwater.
