"This property was NOT clean. Mold growing in main bathroom tub. Master shower sprays ceiling and it’s rotting away. Floors in entire house were FILTHY. Cobwebs everywhere and lots of dirty windows. Sunroom windows were obviously only cleaned a long time ago."
