Just as advertised

This home is exactly as it is advertised. Was a nice place to come home to after a long day on the water. Very clean and comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky to back a boat into, but we made it work and actually had two boats parked there overnight. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Fathers day & Scalloping

Going into the home was a definite flash back! If you don't mind the bugs and humidity you'll be just fine. I enjoyed the stay, nothing really more other than a way to get the kids and family to unplug a little from "WiFi" life. The home was located right in the heart of town and easier to find that ya think. Jeff, the owner, was really quick to get back to me when we were looking for a few things, and gave a few tips on whats around! Thanks for a fun stay!

Great Location and plenty of room!

This is a great home for 2/3 families! Very comfortable, lots of room, plenty of parking. We were able to park two boat trailers in the driveway. It is a narrow drive in so you have to know what you’re doing if you are backing a boat/trailer in. Comfy beds (lots of beds), fantastic front screened porch. We joked we could put the kids out there to sleep in cooler weather! We didn’t use the kitchen much but seemed well stocked. We spent most of our time on the water. It’s a short drive to The Hag which is where we kept our boats in the water. We will happily rent here again! Jeff, the owner, was very responsive and helpful.

Great location

The house is in a great location. Communication with the owner was awesome - he was responsive, informative and friendly. We were able to drop off some things before the official checkin which we greatly appreciated. They were very accommodating. The house is roomy and had everything we needed. There are a lot of pros staying here. There are a few cons - since it had been very rainy there were a lot of mosquitoes which isn’t anything the owner can control - I would just bring bug spray to be prepared. Also there was a lot of dust on the curtains, shower curtains, ceiling fans, etc. The outdoor shower stalls were pretty dirty as well which detoured us from using them. With no WiFi or cable we did take advantage of the games and videos that were provided with the house. Overall it was a nice stay and worth the money.
