This property is excellently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is well-appointed, clean, and has a nice layout. The host is very responsive and we will stay again the next time we’re in State College.

The house was modest in general but well kept, clean, and in a great location that was accessible. One of the bathrooms was a little small if you were to have a lot of guests but it worked just fine for our small group.

The space was as described. There was toilet paper and paper towels provided as well as kitchen basics although no fresh sponge. The house has the feel that no one lives there regularly - it is musty and damp (even with the central ac). It probably works well for a game weekend stay. I would not recommend this house for anyone with fragrance or mold sensitivities. The bedding and towels are highly scented and the place smells musty.
