Enjoy the private setting with no close neighbors. Charlie and I are committed to continue keeping the home very clean and sanitized between guest visits. We also have sanitizing wipes both in kitchen and baths. We do this to bring our guests comfort and peace of mind. THE HOME IS CONSIDERED A GUEST HOME, IT'S FOR OUR GUESTS, IT'S NOT A SHARED PROPERTY. The home is only 2 or 3 minutes from PSU campus and Beaver Stadium. You can hear the Blue Band from our home. The stadium is only a little over two miles away with easy back road access to the stadium. Close to down town State College and the University Park Airport and a couple great golf courses. This home is situated in a perfect spot with privacy and wide open spaces.. It's a great location for all kinds of summur, fall and winter adventures. We have perfect hills for sled riding or tubing.. beautiful walking trails close by and in the fall the foliage is incredible. There's lots to do in State College and we welcome you to our guest home.. We are sure you will love it. It's close to eateries, shops and all that State College offers. Also very close to I-99 with easy access. The guest home overlooks the World Class, Spring Creek..The number one, trout, fly fishing stream in PA with trophy size trout.This home has High Cathedral Ceilings and an open floor plan and it's all on one level. You will see beautiful views of country living from the large windows. We also frequently see wild life including deer, wild turkeys, A pair of Bald Eagles, ducks and birds that visit the feeders and enjoy getting a drink from the Creek, all right in the back yard. The home is in a private setting with no close neighbors and lots of yard and meadow area.. with easy access to the creek. There is also plenty of off street parking for cars or an RV. The home has lots of charm and character and is a lovely place to rest and enjoy your family. It all has top of the line finishings and is very clean and well kept. Everything you will need is provided. All appliances are Stainless. Beautiful Granite Counters in kitchen and bath, and has ceramic tile, wood plank, flooring throughout most of home. Master Bathroom has toasty heated flooring and over head heating fans. Bedrooms are all carpeted. The home has a large deck that overlooks the creek, a heated private pool 22'x40' , A great fire pit with patio, a hot tub that seats 6 with waterfall feature and lots of jets.. also colored lighting, multiple patio's, multiple fire pits one is wood and the others are propane , decks, plenty of places to sit and relax.. and barbecue grill's. Both gas and charcoal. The kitchen's french doors open to a large wooden deck that's a perfect spot for a picnic or a great spot to relax with your family. There is also a screened pavilion with furniture, a propane fire pit, a picnic table, water features and plants. Perfect for a relaxing evening of conversation, dinner, cards or games. The main bedroom has high cathedral ceilings and a queen sized bed with it's own private bath and heated tile floors. The other two bedrooms which both have queen size beds, share one bath. The tile flooring is throughout most of the home. Bedrooms all have carpeting. The home has central air-conditioning and an electric heat pump. So, it's nice and cool all summer and toasty warm in the winter. The Private heated swimming pool is perfect for the months of May - September and the new Hot Springs Hot tub is open year round and seats 5 to 6 people. It has a wonderful waterfall and great jets and lighting. It's very relaxing and wonderful! HDTV in both Master Bedroom and Living Area, with Cable/internet and WIFI included. This home is within walking distance to the Spring Creek Canyon with trails that lead to Fisherman's Paradise. It's a beautiful area to see. A very nice walking trail just a mile from the home, with gorgeous rock formations and a nice walking trail that takes you to Fisherman's Paradise and beyond. The home is also close to shops, stores and eateries, Spring Creek Park and just a couple minutes from PSU Stadium and other PSU events. It's truly a getaway, situated in beautiful countryside with a pool (open seasonally), hottub, and screened in pavilion. Plenty of space for up to 6 people, with 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly organized. The house had everything we needed and more, and the attention to detail was clear everywhere we looked. The view was breathtaking, with nature all around—lush green grass, big trees, and flowers everywhere that made the setting feel so peaceful and special.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying it every day. It was the perfect place for both relaxation and family fun.What truly made our stay stand out were our hosts, Mrs. Cheryl and Mr. Charlie. They were absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Mr. Charlie was so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.This was truly one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. This was our fourth summer staying at this property. It's always a great time which is why we keep going back! Owners are great at solving any problems that crop up. It is < 10 minutes away, located in the country next to a large creek. While it is close to an highway its presence did not bother us. The home is well thought out and smartly furnished. Cheryl even had it decorated for fall. She included lots of snacks/breakfast items and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need!
