The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 1970, was renovated in 2023, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the panoramic views from the property and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.

**Your studio** offers 1 floor, 1 room (from which 1 bedroom), is 24 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is in der 1\. Etage   
  
 and leads over an internal stair directly in the bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen 8 sqm and with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (80 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.  
 In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The studio is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 80 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
