On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room provides a comfortable gathering area and opens directly onto a partly roofed terrace of 7 m2. Adjacent to this space, a fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and additional appliances, while a separate shower and WC completes the ground floor facilities. 1 bedroom on this level is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace.
On the upper floor, the layout mirrors and complements the ground floor with an additional living and dining area that also opens onto a partly roofed terrace of 5 m2. This floor accommodates 2 further bedrooms: 1 room fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a dedicated shower and WC, and 1 room featuring a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second fully equipped open kitchen on this floor includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer. An additional shower and WC serves the remaining guests on this level.
