« Above average breakfast. Room was clean. Not bad at all for the price. »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« Staff checking us in had a demeanor that she wanted to be somewhere else. When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered...

« Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. « Hotel was great and staff was very friendly. Room was nice and had all the essential items. Breakfast was a combination of hot foods, breads, cereals and fruit. Loved the coffee machine with all drink combinations which was available 24 hours. »

« The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »
