Discover The Fairways, a welcoming apartment in the heart of the picturesque West Pelton in County Durham. With private parking and convenient access, The Fairways offers a blend of tranquillity and accessibility.  
  
The Space:  
  
The Fairways is a newly converted, ground floor apartment located within a quiet rural setting in West Pelton. Situated just a short distance from a variety of nearby attractions, the holiday home has everything you could want for a stay in County Durham and you'll also be able to enjoy views over Roseberry Grange Golf Course.  
  
The quality of the refurbishment is especially evident in the open plan living room and dining area. In here you’ll find a comfy sofa and armchair which provide that home from-home feeling you just can’t get in a hotel. Kick off your shoes and relax. From the large window, you have a wonderful view of the golf course (the perfect inspiration for our property name). Turn on the wall-mounted Smart TV and you’ll have a wide selection of channels to choose from.   
  
Fancy something to eat, or maybe a brew? The modern kitchen neighbours the living space, so there isn’t far to go when you need to grab a snack or prepare a meal. Appliances aplenty are found in here, including a dishwasher as nobody needs to be washing-up during their holiday!   
  
From the living room, there's direct access to the sought-after patio space of the apartment. Here you can soak up the peace and quiet, enjoy a morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of something bubbly.  
  
When you need to get ready to go out or head off to bed, the apartment's modern bathroom suite has a walk in shower as well as a wash basin and WC.  
  
When sleep calls, both bedrooms offer luxuriously relaxing surroundings, one with twin single beds and one with a king-size bed (the twin room housing a zip & link which can be configured as a second king bed if you prefer).

Guests have access to the full apartment. The Fairways is located on the ground floor.  
  
The keys to The Fairways are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.  
  
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

Families and couples alike will enjoy visits to nearby landmarks like Beamish Museum, an open-air living history museum just 10 minutes away, or adventures at Tanfield Railway, England’s oldest heritage railway.

The nearest train station to West Pelton can be found in Chester-le-Street, a short 10-minute drive away from The Fairways. Chester-le-Street Train Station has direct services operating to locations across the UK including Darlington, Durham, Huddersfield, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle upon Tyne and York.  
  
A number of bus routes operate in West Pelton offering access to Chester-le-Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, Stanley, Sunderland and Washington.
