The lady working the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, one of our group was having trouble with the stairs and she quickly found us a room that we could access with no stairs !! We would definitely come back !!

Not a bad spot, but could use some significant updates. Room had a musty smell but was clean overall!! Only interacted with one staff and he was fabulous. Amenities were already closed for the season. Great location.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and there were plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in an upgraded room which included a separate living and dining area, so we had plenty of room to relax in. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids and a nice bit of relief from the heat. The resort had an older resort type vibe to it. It was close to local sightseeing spots and a short drive to Avonlea Village and Cavendish.

Room was very clean hotel.was quiet pool was well maintained.
Needs some work. Exterior run down looking, buildings in need of paint.
The bathroom was renovated and clean. The room was clean but dated. Key was a struggle to get into our room, but apparently they will be changing locks as renovations move forward. No food, not even a vending machine on site. There is a dining area, but it was not operational during our stay. The staff are very helpful.
Great room and kind staff. A little slow on housekeeping but no issues. The property is comfortable and could use some updates but still a clean and comfortable stay. I would book again.

Location was wonderful. Stayed in a king suite. The hotel looks run down and could really use a face lift. The room itself was clean but the carpets make it musty. We had a suite as we were three staying there. While the main bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed was not. The mattress was very thin, and we found one of the springs on the floor., Also arrived to the sofa bed not being made for the third guest and needing to ask for bedding. The suite aspect was nice as it provided a bit of extra space however the air conditioning system was in the space with the sofa bed/ livingroom/dining room and cooler air had difficulty getting into bedroom. Bathroom was outdated but clean. Staff were very nice. Booked it because of the location and availability in the area. Would consider another spot next time.
Great place to stay, lovely cottage, friendly and helpful staff

Front desk staff made the stay great. The rooms are outdated but clean. I’d stay again solely because of the employees. The view was also pretty great.
The overall cleanliness was 2/10. The surfaces looked cleaned but behind the toilet was mold, the floors need deep cleaning. The in room coffee maker was filthy with left over coffee in it. I asked for a replacement unit and it too was dirty. The bed smelled of mold. The Closet door was jammed shut but opened with force. Only 2 hangers. The white towels all had pinkish tints to them.
The tiny single use Dove products were nice but wasteful.
You can hear everything through the walls.
The hotel itself is in dire need of upkeep. It smells rotten. Worn out, dirty carpeting, and the beginning wood rot on the deck/veranda. After seeing the cleanliness of the place I refused to eat in the restaurant or use the pool/hottub.
The staff were smiley and friendly however !!!! I spoke to the manager about having accidentally booked the wrong date 3 weeks prior to my stay. At the time I called them to rebook the correct date hoping they would forgive the no refund policy. I was told the manager would call me back. He never did! At the hotel he “mansplained the situation and blamed the third party booking sight and pleaded his case saying “he had to make money.” He talked in circles.
I would NEVER stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. I ended up with a migraine due to the mold situation as did my two daughters.
I would not stay here if it were the only place available and free!
