Everyone is very courteous and professional. From check in, bell boy services, check out. Very near to Fisherman Wharves. Breakfast buffet was excellent, the best I had in a while. Highly recommended and value for money.

The aesthetic is amazing, the decor and the service is impeccable. The staff varied in certain interactions I had. As someone who doesn't like to bother people, I found some staff to be extremely helpful whereas 2 seemed to be extremely snarky and rude. It was a wonderful stay in the areas of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall service. I found the stay to be very enjoyable and would highly recommend 1 Hotel's service to anyone that is interested in staying. The spa however was beyond expensive for the window of time allowed for services. There are 5 star spas that charge less than this one, the view is nice from the rooftop, however you will be spending up to 300 dollars for a 50 minute massage which isn't all that common at most places. Overall, 8.5/10 stay.
