The suite we reserved was an exceptional value, and it was very well maintained and one of the best conditions of any hotels we've stayed at - and we've stayed at some really nice ones! Pros: wonderful staff, value, cleanliness, condition, spatious suite, pet friendly, game room for the kids. Cons: only one elevator (shared with housecleaning) that is not climate controlled, it serves only 3 floors but it's also very slow and smaller. The area is hard to walk (no crosswalks near light). The parking lot is very well lit and I felt comfortable leaving lots of valuables in our vehicle while we were mid-move. I was really surprised in the best way possible with how nice Best Western can be."
