The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan.

Close to train station - it’s a bunk house/hostel rather than a hotel - OK for an overnight stay shower OK bed was not the best for me personally. But OK for our one night for the Glacier Express.
