Nestled in on the southwest side of St. Thomas, Bakkero Villa delivers a unique combination of luxury, privacy, and proximity. From its west-facing perch, you are guaranteed sunset views 365 days a year from anywhere in the villa. Bakkero Villa is the only villa on St. Thomas that includes an arcade room, gym, and a Control4 System that allows you to control the whole villa from an iPad.   
  
This 8,500 sqft home is designed to prioritize high-end comfort without losing the island’s natural magic. Every detail is intentional: an arcade room that keeps the kids (and competitive adults) entertained for hours; a fully equipped, personal gym with its own zen garden for yoga or meditation; a sun deck with a fire pit for starlit conversations; and a chef’s dream kitchen stocked with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. From the built-in outdoor grill to the pool deck lined with loungers, Bakkero Villa invites you to kick back and relax like you’re staying at your own personal Ritz Carlton.

The Space  
Five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half baths that accommodate up to 15 adults and or 8 adults and up to 12 kids (see details below) make this villa ideal for groups of friends, multi-generational families, or anyone who likes having room to spread out.  
• Four king suites, with two primaries, each with its own ensuite bathroom, are spread across multiple levels for privacy.  
• A bunk room with three double bunks easily sleeps 6 teenagers/adults or up to 12 smaller children, also with its own ensuite.  
• One of the lower-level primary suites features a separate soaker tub for a spa-like retreat.  
Gathering spaces include a main living room with wraparound harbor views and a mini-bar. A dining area that flows into the professional-grade kitchen, and multiple outdoor terraces.

The hold goes into place 48 hours prior to arrival and will be released 5 days after departure as long as no significant damage is found. This is not a deposit, but a hold similar to what hotels do for incidentals.

#### Absolutely Amazing Experience 

The property is stunning. When we walked in we felt like we were on a reality TV show. The decorations and style of the house were straight out of a magazine. On top of it all it was a smart home with an iPad that controlled all the things including music, AC and lighting in every room. All from a couple of centrally located iPads or you could also control them in each room. We had 13 people and easily the house could hold 10 more. Everything you can think of has been prepared and waiting for you in this house. The sunset views through the mountains and over the pool would literally stop us all each evening. We would gather around and watch the sunset over the oceans and mountains. Couldn’t ask for a better location, view or house. We will definitely be back. On top of all of that Hannah was an excellent host who was always just a text message away when we had any questions, however most any question was already addressed in the notebook by the front door. Thanks again Hannah!

The house was tremendous! Kids loved the pool and hot tub as did the adults.Beautiful views in every direction.Kitchen was spacious and easy to prepare meals in. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had the best shower. Ended each night in around the outside fire pit. Also nice that the house is close to shopping ares. Only problem we had was with the indoor/ outdoor music. Overall we had a great week!

#### A Magnificent Home That Made an Amazing Vacation

My 10 family members visited St. Thomas for our winter break and stayed at Bakkero Villa and it was magnificent. The beautiful home was new and had every amenity seasoned travelers could ask for. The home layout was perfect and we all could be together in the great room or on the multiple decks with amazing views of St. Thomas, or be on our own whether in the well-equipped gym, game room, or simply walking outside the villa. It was walkable to the Westin so when we wanted to enjoy a resort meal we easily could. Savannah and Taylor our property managers were a text away and helped us navigate anything we needed and were attentive to all of our needs. We all give this villa 5-stars and look forward to coming back!

Wow! I don’t believe there is enough space available in this box to describe how amazing this property truly is! From the minute you pull up you know you are in for a very special treat. The hostess’s were awesome and great communicators. The house and views are absolutely unbeatable. Thanks so much for welcoming us into this amazing home. It was a vacation we will never forget!
