Seaside Retreat is a gorgeous, modernly renovated 2 bedroom condo at Cowpet Bay East and has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! Custom remodeling from floor to ceiling, including Spanish marble floors and showers, cherry wood cabinetry, illuminated vanity mirrors, cedar closet in master, and quartz countertops. If you like to be spoiled by finer surroundings, this condo is for you! It is the perfect place to retreat and relax from your busy lives! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade, and many chairs for lounging. There is also an expansive inviting pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and enjoy a lazy day at the beach! This condo is up on the hill (Tara Way) overlooking the row of condos below on the water (Tracy Way). It is 250 steps to the beach, down 2 sets of stairs. There are only 6 stairs down leading from parking space to the front door of condo, unlike most other units where there are many! Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro which is NOW OPEN for breakfast & lunch daily (except Sundays) 7 am - 6 pm, then pizzas only 6 pm - 8 pm. The new pool/beach bar is open 11 am - 5 pm to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's! If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center. Restaurants on the beach were convenient. Difficult to walk many places as the roads are narrow and winding. Would recommend renting a car. Be sure to take the ferry to St. Johns. The location is perfect as it was a short 5-6 minute drive down to Red Hook to grab groceries, hit the pharmacy, or enjoy all the restaurants. The unit is self was nice, but we just felt there were not enough furniture in the living room, a loveseat, which held two and a chair, and there were four of us which the unit could’ve had six people stay in, and on the deck there were just two chairs and a table there longer. Period time would’ve been nice to have some nice furniture in the living room and asked for bath towels. We were only given one per person. Very clean and conveniently located condo in Red Hook, just a short walk to Cowpet beach. Very accommodating host with all the recommendations you could need. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cowpet Bay East! The condo was much easier to find than I anticipated and is close to Red Hook as well as other local authentic cuisines known to St. Thomas. The condo is stunning, modern, and spacious, and stocked with all of the essentials for an enjoyable stay. Anything you might need, trust me, it's there! The beach and pool are a few steps away, and I loved the condo had beach towels and lounge chairs. We even dined at the beach restaurant, Sangria's,for breakfast and lunch, as well as Caribbean Fish Market for dinner located near the property. My family was more than happy with our visit. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Thomas! ##### LaToya S. The location of the condo is perfect. Close to red hook and all the big beaches. Also has our own private beach. The condo was newly remodeled and beautiful.
