Cozy middle house part "Friesenglück" with 3 rooms and about 50 square meters on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 4 people. In a convenient location opposite a grove in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. Dogs are welcome.  
  
Living room with 2 sofas for 2 persons each, armchair, small TV and radio with CD player. Direct access to the furnished, sheltered garden terrace with sun awning.  
  
Semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Dining area with dining table, 2 chairs and corner seat for 3 persons. Wardrobe, mirror, shoe rack and utility room with vacuum cleaner in the entrance area.  
  
1\. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x190cm), chair with gentleman and wardrobe. This bedroom is open to the living room ("sleeping loft") and passage to the 2nd Bedroom.  
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm and 90x200cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers.  
  
Small bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer, daylight and hair dryer.  
  
Parking space and bike racks available at the house. No WLAN.  
  
The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted.

#### bis auf Kleinigkeiten ganz OK

Aufenthalt war gut, allerdings fanden wir (wir haben mittlerweile Vergleich mit etwa 20 FEWOS) das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend. Heutzutage noch extra Gebühren für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu verlangen ist nicht so ganz zeitgemäß, um so ärgerlicher wenn man das bei der Buchung übersieht. Die Terrasse war bei der Ankunft sehr schmutzig und die Schlüsselüber-/ und abgabe zu umständlich. Ansonsten OK, nochmal würden wir diese Wohnung nicht nehmen.

Es war einfach sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Vorstellung positiv übertroffen. Sehr schöne Anordnung der Zimmer. War alles sehr sauber und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Alles perfekt und wir werden gern wieder kommen .

Wir sind regelmäßige SPO Urlauber, von daher Glaube ich schon das wir es einschätzen können. Für uns definitiv zu klein! Kaum Platz für 4 Personen mit Hund. Nach Rücksprache mit den Nachbarn auch viel zu teuer, haben im Schnitt 500€ mehr bezahlt als links oder rechts von uns. Für was? Daher auch mein Resümee, für die Größe und Preis, zu klein und zu teuer!

#### Tolles Objekt, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Nicht nur der Gesamteindruck hat uns beeindruckt sondern insbesondere die gute und zahlreiche Ausstattung. Gute Aufteilung der Räume. Mal kein abgezähltes Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und vieles andere mehr. Ausreichend Pfannen und Töpfe. Alles super sauber und auf aktuellem Stand. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: einen besseren Fahrradständer, insbesondere im Zeitalter der E-Bikes, um diese besser sichern zu können. Aber auch um ihnen bei Sturm besseren Halt geben zu können. Wir hatten jedoch nie Bedenken das sie uns gestohlen werden könnten. Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung

#### Geräumiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus "Friesenglück" ist für 4 Personen sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche besitzt eine gute Ausstattung, es wurde nichts vermisst. Praktisch ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hauseingang, wo sich auch ein Fahrradständer befand, allerdings nur für 2 Fahrräder und ziemlich wackelig. Ein Stern weniger für die Bewertung gibt es für die Terrasse, die veraltet ist sowie die total billigen Plastikgartenstühle, auf denen ich nicht lange sitzen konnte. Für solch ein Ferienhaus in dieser Preisklasse sollte wenigstens vernünftiges Terrassenmobiliar, z. B. bequeme Stühle mit hoher Rückenlehne, vorhanden sein.
